Welcome to CVCC Precalculus. This course is really 2 CVCC courses.
First semester you will be taking Math 161 - PreCalculus 1. CVCC has waived to Placement Test for this year due to COVID 19. (Normally, to be enrolled in this class, you must pass the CVCC placement test. If you have not taken the CVCC Placement test, you need to contact the Amherst CVCC Center and arrange a time to take the placement test. Below is a practice test (see Compass Practice Test)).
Second semester you will be taking Math 162 - PreCalculus 2. To be enrolled in this class, you must pass Math 161 with a C or better.
